Return Policy

Unopened purchases made in shop may be returned within XAMOUNTOF days of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not been damaged post-purchase. Refund will be given in the original form of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is not included. Products may be returned directly to our practice location as well as via FedEx, UPS or USPS to Signature Dermatology 3853 Trueman Court Hilliard, OH 43026.

Policy Regarding Sale of Prescription Products Online

Some products sold at our online shop are considered to be prescriptions. This means that you or a family member must be a patient in good standing at Signature Dermatology in order to purchase the product. These products are denoted by this statment, *THIS PRODUCT IS CONSIDERED A PRESCRIPTION. YOU OR FAMILY MEMBER MUST BE A PATIENT AT SIGNATURE DERMATOLOGY TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT* listed on the top of their product description. If you are not a patient but have a family member who is, please list your family member’s name and date of birth in the order notes so we can verify their account and so we can ship you the product. If you or a family member are not a patient at Signature Dermatology we are unable to sell you the product until you are established. In this case, please call our office to schedule a cosmetic consultation with one of our physicians. If you have purchased a prescription product without being a patient you will receive a phone call from our office explaining the situation and a refund will be processed in your original form of payment.
